Although the hotel was built fairly recently, the rooms have definitely been hard used. Our suite had moulding missing, the plate glass window to the balcony was cracked, and the plate glass railing for the balcony was missing.

Being on transit between La Réunion and the Comoros this hotel very close to the airport (just a short walk) was ideal for us. The whole place has an attractive and spacious set up with a quite large swimming-pool (which we had no time to use) and plenty of seating around it. There is no direct access to a beach, since the hotel is completely fenced in, probably good for this island known for a rather high crime rate.||Staff at reception and in the restaurant was okay, but nowhere near the friendliness we had encountered everywhere in Madagascar. Most disappointing was the room, a 'Chambre Double Standard avec Vue sur le Lagon' for originally EUR 215. Cancelling it and booking again a few weeks later it was EUR 140, which was still too much.||The quite small room was very basic with limited storage space and with the washbasin by the bed, while it had a separate toilet and separate shower. The dispenser in the shower was empty, but there was a small bottle of shampoo and shower gel. At least it was quiet at night.||Breakfast buffet is included, but not very rich. For dinner there is just a limited choice and what we asked for, like Ceviche, was not available. We ended up after some starter like a 'Meli Melo de Betteraves' (Red Beet Mishmash) with a 'Romazava de Poisson' with almost too much of tuna in it. There was no salt or pepper on the table and to ask for it we had to get up and request it from the not very motivated waitress. Also, unlike our hotel on the Comoros (and naturally on La Réunion), there is no bar and no alcohol available here.

This new hotel is about 50 seconds walk from the airport. It has a free car park but you can also take shared taxis from the airport to the barge (ferry). There is a pool. The room was very comfortable and in perfect condition. Breakfast is Ibis style simple. Possibly the most comfortable hotel to stay on Mayotte.

During our stay in Mayotte covering the cyclone, Seth Cisse and his team went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay comfortable. They provided the highest level of service at an incredibly challenging time for Seth and his staff, many of whom had lost their own homes in the disaster. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely hotel . Modern ( new) friendly staff . General manager Joseph on top of his game .. would like to see towels provided for the sun lounges . Love the fact the air conditioning in the room is always on regardless of the key in the slot . Best place to stay

Airport hotel. Considerable maintenance and housekeeping issues. Staff was very helpful in finding solutions (elevator, phone, safe, pool area cleanliness, general lighting...)

Everything is perfect and very modern. I like the colors, the style, the location, the seaview and the staff.||You can come and really appreciate. You will not regret it I promise. It is also near the airport that is to say 1 min walk .
