Outstanding! Car broke down on the way to ferry at Dieppe. Charles and Antoine could not have been more helpful........ arranged hotel, taxi and rental car. I had a problem during my holidays in France, and my car lost coolant. I arrived to this garage (Niort), and they took my car quickly for reparing as soon as posible. Unfortunately, the problem was the water pump and they couldn't get a replacement in 1 day so I had to come back to Spain adding coolant frequently. I want to say that they were very professional and they do their best for repairing my car. Many thanks.

On the 11th of August, while returning from a trip with my family from France to England, my car displayed a warning light and a message on the dashboard. The next day, following some directions, I found "Niort Frères Distribution." Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the person at reception, but he understood the situation and made every effort to fix my car, allowing me to continue my journey back to England. I can't express enough gratitude to the team who repaired the car. Thank you!

40 min de route je l’ai appelle pour dire j’ai du retard mettez la pièce au comptoir. Ils me disent ok au téléphone, j’arrive à 12h29 porte ferme on me fait des signes c’est fermé hors que j’etait au téléphone 5min avant pour le prévenir que j’arrivais et c’était bon pour eux. Obligé d’attendre 1h dans sa voiture sur le parking pour quelque chose qui aurait pu durer 2min. Merci pour ce samedi ensoleillé sur le parking c’était agréable avec tout les gaz d’échappement des voitures de l’avenue

Excellente expérience chez Niort Frère Distribution à Rouen L’équipe est professionnelle accueillante et toujours prête à aider. Les conseils sont clairs et adaptés, même quand on n’est pas un expert en pièces mécaniques. Les produits sont de très bonne qualité et disponibles rapidement, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Service efficace sérieux et fiable je recommande sans hésitation !!

Le commercial avec qui j’ai passé ma commande était très bien. En revanche l’amabilité de la personne qui encaisse les achats laisse à désirer. J’ai rarement vu quelqu’un de si mal aimable. Je ne reviendrais pas et commanderais désormais sur internet. Le service client est important et cette dame ne l’a pas.
