We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol in Pau and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city and enjoying a relaxing weekend. From the very beginning, the experience was made even better thanks to Marine, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. She warmly welcomed us on arrival and took the time to explain and recommend places to visit, things to see, and how to make the most of our weekend. Her friendliness and professionalism truly made us feel at home, both when we arrived and when we checked out. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior room, as the hotel had availability, which we really appreciated. The room was very cozy and comfortable, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Every space has its own charm, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Overall, it was a very romantic weekend, and the hotel played a big part in making it so special. We would 100% recommend Hotel Bristol and would happily stay there again.

I absolutely loved this hotel, all the staff were incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated, the sitting and dining rooms downstairs have a great atmosphere and are comfortable and inviting. My room was equally lovely and super clean. The restaurant was full so I didn't get to dine in the evening so I'd recommend booking ahead for that but the staff gave me excellent recommendations on places to eat on three different nights. Breakfast was just right. The hotel is in a really good location (walkable from the train station) and there are lots of good places to eat nearby. Excellent value, I really hope to return one day.

This charming boutique hotel doesnt have a bar but is situated just a few metres from the town centre, with a lot of dining choice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds were luxurious, Our receptionist was wonderful and helpful . I can certainly recommend this hotel.

Just recently I spent four nights at this hotel, it is very cozy, I had a deluxe room which was very comfortable and the interior designing was awesome to every little detail, very friendly and helpful staff, and great location, I would definitely would like to go back there again.

A gem of a hotel - everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to find we had a named reserved parking place. The staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. The hotel decor is gracious and tasteful and our bedroom was beautifully appointed.

It's a lovely old style hotel and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is good and the food is fresh, but limited options. No hot breakfast. There is no bar or restaurant either, but plenty near by.

In the centre of Pau, a boutique hotel , with a very professional service . Our bedroom was decorated to a very high standard ! The decoration in the bedroom was like staying in a castle. Breakfast was of high quality also !there is a restaurant, however we didn't have time to eat there . Highly revythis beautiful hotel !

What a charming hotel! The staff was so nice and helpful. My name on my parking spot was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The lounge was a great place for our family and friends to meet, have wine and treats. A very memorable experience.
