They were friendly, responsive, and timely in identifying and solving the problem that our intercom button did not work to open the door outside. Resolving this issue has been a big help to our family, as going downstairs to manually open the door in a big building in the cold/with small children has not been pleasant. Thank you! »

« Its been a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is close to the metro station and can be easily accessed by foot from the Metro exit. We have not used the the restaurant of the hotel if it has existed. And we barely spent any time in the room, but just used it to sleep for the night. »
« Suite à des dégâts dans ma cuisine causés par la Sté de mon bailleur, mon assurance m'a conseillée Kiro Decor et je ne le regrette pas. Le Monsieur qui s'est occupé de tout refaire était vraiment pro, a fait un travail soigné et à laissé ma cuisine dans un état parfait.
